On April 25, 2015, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal about 50 miles from the nation's capital and largest city, Kathmandu. The shake destroyed homes, buildings and roads. The death toll goes over 8,300 and more than 16,000 are reported injured. Rescue team forecast that the number of causalities will raise as they are reach the surrounding remote villages.
Many earthquake affected peoples have faced the problem of drinking water and food while being required to live in tents after their homes were destroyed by earthquake. In fact, so many homes were destroyed that a government minister is requesting half a million tents from help groups. And aid groups stay concern about the possible extend of diseases.
